CANDIDATOS	Mariane Spearman
1. What position are you running for?	I currently hold position 53 on the King County Superior Court. I am running to retain my seat.

2. Why do you think Hispanics should know about the position you are running for?	Judges have great responsibility. Every day we make important decisions that impact peoples’ lives. A judge must have experience, good judgment and an even temperament.
3. Why are you running for this position?	I have been a judge for over 20 years and I want to continue serving our community as a fair, impartial, compassionate judge. My opponent has no judicial experience.
4. For the Hispanic community, what do you view to be the most important agenda items you will take action on if you get elected?	I am committed to a diverse judiciary. Seeing judges who look like you when you come to the courthouse gives you confidence that you will be treated fairly
5. Any additional message you wish to share with the Hispanic Voter?	The Latino/a Bar Association rated me Exceptionally Well Qualified. I believe our court should be a place where everyone regardless of race or ethnicity is listened to and treated fairly.
