1. What position are you running for?	Secretary of State

2. Why do you think Hispanics should know about the position you are running for?	The first duty of the Secretary of State is to ensure that all voters have confidence in our elections, and are able to register and cast an accessible ballot.
3. Why are you running for this position?	Having once been denied my right to vote, I am dedicated to protecting the voting rights of all voters. I’m committed to keeping Washington a national leader in elections.
4. For the Hispanic community, what do you view to be the most important agenda items you will take action on if you get elected?	I am the only candidate who will bring Democrats and Republicans together to pass the Washington Voting Rights Act. This will ensure that the Hispanic community is represented fairly.
5. Any additional message you wish to share with the Hispanic Voter?	I have overseen over 100 elections, am the only candidate with elections experience, and am the only candidate with bipartisan endorsements. When it comes to our elections, experience matters.
