1. What position are you running for?	Skagit County Superior Court Judge, Position 3.

2. Why do you think Hispanics should know about the position you are running for?	Important cases involving people’s lives are filed in Superior Court. This includes property disputes, evictions, probate, labor issues, family law, workman’s compensation criminal cases and personal injury lawsuits.
3. Why are you running for this position?	I have been a lawyer and judge for thirty-five years. I have a broad base of experience in both civil and criminal law. I believe people deserve the best possible judge.
4. For the Hispanic community, what do you view to be the most important agenda items you will take action on if you get elected?	Access to justice in the area of civil law is possibly the most significant problem affecting Latinos and member of other communities. Failure to provide form orders in major languages other than English should also be remedied.
5. Any additional message you wish to share with the Hispanic Voter?	Fairness and justice should be available to every person who enters the court. People of every gender, nation and belief have the right to expect fairness from our courts.
